According to a 2013 Oxfam study, 80% of the farm work in India is done by women but only 13% own agricultural land. There has been an increased feminisation in agriculture over the past few years but when it comes to land rights, the ownership remains with the men of the family. This video talks about rights which women hold and the dire need for awareness around them. It also throws light on how land/property can empower women.
