Women in non-traditional Jobs

In partnership with Nirantar, Chambal Media produced three short films on women and girls engaged in non-traditional jobs. From the all-women run Yantrika garage in Indore to women delivery executives in Delhi NCR and women trekking guides in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, these videos chart the personal journeys of women challenging gender stereotypes in male dominated professions. Through their individual journeys, the films explore societal challenges and resistance, and how the determination and resilience of these women led them to enter uncharted waters.
